6 Months Along & Disney World

Being pregnant is flying by...but it's also going slow waiting and wondering what it will be like when we finally meet our baby.

24 weeks pregnant in this pic...sleeping is getting difficult as the baby gets bigger. Also finding things to wear on the news is getting difficult as well. 5 days a week I have to try and wear something that looks cute...when most of the time I'd rather wear sweats!

My family and Tyler's family went on a big trip in January. It was tons of fun with many memories...especially with the COLD weather. You will notice in the many pictures that there are a lot of hats, gloves, coats, scarves, and LAYERS!!! The funniest part about it is that I warned my family it would be much colder than normal in Florida. But did they listen to the Meteorologist of the family????...NO! Well Ashley did. So Tyler did a late night run to Wal-Mart to buy winter stuff so we all could be warm in Disney World.

Me testing out my new camera and making my Mom pose. She's thinking, "I think we're going to have a lot of fun...despite the cold!"

More goofing around because we're excited to be in Disney World. Day 1 was the Epcot Center.

The Aquarium somewhere in the Epcot World!

After a fun day at Epcot...we tried to decide where to eat for dinner. If you've been to Epcot you know that there are so many countries to choose from and so many different types of food. We almost settled for Morracan food...but when we got to the restaurant and saw the menu some of us got scared when we saw lamb and other things. So after much debate we decided to go to China and it didn't dissapoint.

The beautiful Epcot ball lit up at night. There's actually a ride inside the ball as well.

Day 2: It was off to Hollywood Studios and Magic Kingdom. Another freezing cold day...but we were prepared and getting used to layering our clothes everyday. So much for a tan in Florida! Here we are in front of buildings that are actually made of cardboard...made to look like a movie set.

Here's a funny story... right after we entered the Magic Kingdom Tyler and I saw a little 3 or 4 year old boy who had a balloon shaped like Mickey Mouse's head. He let it go and it came flying our way and luckily we caught it for him and returned it to him. When I returned it to him I nicely said, "you have to hold on to it tight, or it will fly away again, okay?" To this he turned to his Mom and started bawling really loud. Great, I just made a kid cry at the gates of the happiest place on earth. Some mother I'm going to be! My family thought it was pretty funny.

The castle looked beautiful due to the extra Christmas lights still on it. Disney World continues to celebrate Christmas through January.

A fake kiss in front of the castle.

Every night we ATE GOOD! I'm talking either buffets or sit-down dinners with salmon, steak, ribs, you name it. The pictue below is us taking a ferry boat to get to our dinner reservation. As you can see, the water made it feel even colder.

I, by the way, couldn't go on any of the fast rides due to being pregnant. I would wait in the LONG lines and then watch as my family went and had fun. I stayed behind and got classic pictures of the pictures you pay way too much money for with my camera before my family came off the ride. (Classic - Mom freaking out, Dad not even looking!)

Day 3: Animal Kingdom. The pictures below are from "A Bug's Life".

This was our transportation every day to every park.

It started to get SOMEWHAT warm our last day in Florida...but nonetheless we would soon say goodbye and say hello to our cruise ship and the BAHAMAS!
This little beach was on our hotel resort.

Tyler Chillin' on the resort.

After boarding the cruise ship...we cruised and then stopped in the Bahamas. This is us waiting to go on our excursion.

We were all amazed at how cystal clear blue the Bahama waters were. Just beautiful!

We got on a boat driven by locals and cruised to the middle of the ocean where we could snorkel. We were thrilled to have the 70s for temperatures. Snorkeling was awesome until one of the local guys pointed to a yellow fish...and told me that if I touched it I would be paralyzed. GREAT!

After snorkeling we docked on a private island. It was probably the prettiest beach I have ever seen. Really white and soft sand, with sea shells everywhere and clear water.

Then when we got back from our beautiful excursion...we had a very nice dinner on the cruise ship. It was formal night....so we all hurried and showered and got ready.

The night life on the cruise ship with our NON-alcoholic drinks and cheap hats! VERY FUN! By the way they have pizza and icecream 24 hours a day. We also had some very fun games of "Dirty Uno". LuAnn I promise you will like that game someday! HAHA.

GOODBYE!
